MAScode empowers individuals from underserved communities to achieve economic prosperity through holistic education and support. We also help prepare youth for college by conducting scholarship and financial education workshops.
Korene Stuart

Korene always felt there was more she could do to improve the lives of her community. After graduating college, she quickly realized that merely graduating from college does not guarantee adequate income. She began to learn and research opportunities that would assist her children in getting ahead and maximizing every opportunity. Over the years, she compiled those resources and shared them with anyone she could. . Her interest took her down a road of discovery of roles in S.T.E.M. and she serves as a fierce advocate for helping people pivot into tech. She is currently the VP of Technology and Senior Project Manager for Carter Development Group.
Shenica Henderson-Davis
Director
A former educator, Shenica wanted to create an organization to assist youth in preparing for college and to avoid the pitfalls of debt. She believes that being financially literate is an essential part of being successful in life. She has earned a Certification in Personal Finance from W!SE and is a Google Certified Educator. In her 16 years as a teacher, she educated hundreds of students on the importance of credit and how your credit history can impact your everyday life. Shenica also holds a Master’s Degree in Social Studies Education from the University of Florida.
Kaija Ranglin
Assistant Director
A alumni of NSU, Currently working as an Energy Engineer for Northrup Grumman, Kaija serves as a mentor to aspiring technologists encouraging them to take the leap into STEM occupations. She encourages youth to fall in love with math and science.
